About
Early Lens Neurobehavioral Center (ELNC) is a behavioral health practice in Baltimore dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care for children and young adults with autism and developmental or behavioral challenges. With over 12 years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and severe behavior intervention, ELNC is built on the belief that early support creates lifelong impact. Early Lens also houses Speech and Language Therapy and Occupational Therapy, to which are soon to be added within our program.
We specialize in culturally responsive, family-centered care that empowers caregivers, strengthens communication, and supports meaningful growth across home, school, and community settings.

Our programs teach communication, social skills, daily living skills, behavior regulation, and independence using evidence-based methods tailored to each child’s unique needs.
